***Shipping & Delivery Information***

Balloon Delivery Information - Please order your helium balloons at least 2-3 days in advance. Helium Filled Balloons can be delivered the day after prior to your advance booking. Please take note that there will be an extra delivery fee that will be charged to you. Shipping rates and fees may vary depending on the delivery address for your order.

Piñatas & Other Party Product Delivery Information - Some of our products will be delivered 3-5 days. However, some estimated delivery times are between 12-33 Days.

***Return Policy***

You may return new, unopened items within 3-5 days of delivery. We do not allow returns for custom piñatas unless damaged upon delivery and will require a photo of the delivery damage to submit to us for a claim.
